Sylvia Sax BSN, MPH, PhD, is a Global Health consultant and visiting lecturer at the University of Heidelberg. She has worked for more than three decades on strengthening health systems with a focus on maternal health. She is the co-founder and health program coordinator of Yarrow Global Consulting, an NGO focused on gender equality.
