Ada Baser

Ada Baser is a Spring 2023 Council of Foreign Relations intern in the Education Department. She studies political science at Columbia University in a dual-bachelor program with Université Sciences Politiques in France, where she specialized in international relations in the Middle East. She writes for the Columbia Political Review at Columbia, and at Sciences Po, she designed and published all university publications. Before working at CFR, she worked for the Istanbul Policy Center, a think tank in Istanbul, Turkey, where she researched climate vulnerabilities in Berlin and transboundary water conflict between Turkey and Iran. She aspires to work in public policy research for U.S.-Turkish relations.
