Ambika Verma

Ambika Verma is a fourth-year undergraduate at UCLA majoring in human biology and society and minoring in global health and professional writing. Ambika was recently given the “True Bruin Distinguished Senior Award." She is passionate about access to medicines and has worked with Universities Allied for Essential Medicines (UAEM), Public Citizen and Prescription Justice in the past. After graduation, Ambika plans to pursue her MPH degree at Yale University to innovatively address issues of global health equity, with a focus on access to medicines and nonprofit work.
