Anika Nayak is a freelance journalist and UC Berkeley alum interested in community engaged research and transforming existing systems to make health care more accessible. She also brings stories to life through journalism, with her work published in TIME Magazine, STAT, HuffPost, Business Insider, Insider, Architectural Digest, and many more. She currently works in community health and engaged research at ISMMS-Elmhurst in Queens, NY.
