Anne Peacock

Anne Peacock is the author of the book Human Rights and the Digital Divide (Routledge, 2019). Peacock holds a PhD in Law and an MA in Human Rights from the University of Essex. She has worked at the U.S. Department of State since 2012 and is currently a term member at the Council on Foreign Relations.
