Elizabeth Soumya

Elizabeth Soumya is an independent journalist based in India. She writes on the environment, health and social justice issues. She was one of the journalists from Asia-Pacific to be part of the Health Reporting Training from the Thomson Reuters Foundation in 2020.  She is a palliative care volunteer.

India's poorest often travel hundreds of kilometers to access cancer care
