Elle Ruggiero

Elle Ruggiero is a Henry Richardson Labouisse ’26 Fellow, working and studying in Brasilia, Brazil. Prior to interning at CFR, Elle interned with the U.S. Agency for International Development, working with the Center for Innovation and Impact on their Saving Lives @ Birth Grand Challenge for Development. Elle was also an intern at International Planned Parenthood Western Hemisphere Region, where she co-authored and published a report on resource and aid allocation. Elle graduated from Princeton University with a bachelor’s degree in the School of Public and International Affairs and minors in Global Health Policy and Spanish language.
