Jendayi Frazer

Jendayi Frazer is an adjunct senior fellow for Africa Studies at the Council on Foreign Relations and Duignan Distinguished Visiting Fellow at Hoover Institution, Stanford University.  She was U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs from 2005-2009 and U.S. Ambassador to South Africa from 2004-2005.
