Kathleen Fischer

Kathleen Fischer is the medical director for the Asylum Seeker Medical Program in San Diego and Imperial Counties. She completed a residency in internal medicine and preventive medicine, with an emphasis in epidemiology and public health. Since retiring from the military, she has worked extensively with vulnerable populations in Africa and South America.
