Maya Welch is the impact lead at Healing Fields Foundation. Maya's experience ranges from community organizing, rural solar, and poverty alleviation, anchored in community led problem solving. Within Healing Fields, she builds digital platforms for impact at scale, strengthens monitoring and evaluation practices, and leads communications.
