Ray Yip
Ray Yip is a medical epidemiologist who worked at CDC for 23 years where he specialized in nutrition, maternal and child health, emergency response, and HIV/AIDS. During his career he assisted the Chinese government in improving immunizations, disease response capacity, and HIV prevention. He founded the CDC office in China in 2003, where he was the country director, and in 2007 he started the China office of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
