Colonel Robert Carter, PhD, MPH, FACSM is a seasoned public health expert with more than 20 years of experience in seamlessly integrating research, leadership, education, and mentorship. Dr. Carter has held key research and leadership roles, contributing to public health education and biomedical research. He is known for his unique ability to blend research, leadership, and educational prowess, shaping the next generation of public health professionals and driving transformative improvements in Research, Development, and Acquisition (RDA). He serves as the chief of staff for U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command.
