Surendar Selva Kumar
Surendar Selva Kumar is a public health practitioner with over a decade of experience in infectious disease control, health systems strengthening, and implementation science across Asia. Trained in medicine and global health, Dr Kumar has served in roles within the Ministry of Health Malaysia, the WHO in Malaysia, and a digital health start up. Currently works as a research fellow at the Centre for Outbreak Preparedness, Duke-NUS Medical School, he focuses on advancing genomic surveillance in Asia.
