Terrence Mullan
Terrence Mullan is assistant director of the International Institutions and Global Governance program at the Council on Foreign Relations, where he primarily focuses on coordinating the work of the Council of Councils. From 2011 to 2016, he was manager of the president’s office at the Distilled Spirits Council of the United States, the national trade association representing the leading producers and marketers of distilled spirits. He previously worked in the offices of Senator Roland W. Burris as a legislative aide and Senator Paul G. Kirk Jr. as a legislative correspondent. From 2014 to 2015, he was a Frederic Bastiat fellow at George Mason University’s Mercatus Center. Mullan earned a BBA in international business and economics from George Washington University and an MA in international commerce and policy from George Mason University.
