William James Dangel
William James Dangel is an Engagement Officer with the University of Washington's Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation. He is an international development, public health, and education policy professional focused on building institutional and community capacities through evidence-based policy and programmatic choices. As an Engagement Officer, he links decision makers with health estimates to inform policies and programs to address health disparities. A former U.S. Peace Corps volunteer, he holds master’s degrees from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
