Herbert C. Duber

Herbert C. Duber, MD, MPH, is an associate professor and head of the Section of Population Health in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of Washington. He holds adjunct appointments in the Departments of Health Metrics and Global Health and the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME).  Clinically, he works in the emergency department at the University of Washington and Harborview Medical Centers in Seattle, Washington. Duber’s research focuses on evaluating health systems and health programs, with a particular interest in vulnerable and underserved populations domestically and internationally.
