She has fifteen years of experience bridging research and policy, including previous roles with the University of Pittsburgh, the Indian School of Business, and the Center for Global Development. Jessica holds a PhD in managerial science and applied economics from the University of Pennsylvania, where she explored the impact of uncertainty on the market for primary health care.
