Moses Mulumba
Moses Mulumba is the director general of Afya na Haki (Ahaki) in Uganda, a leading African institute that generates knowledge and builds advocacy capacities in health, human rights and sexual and reproductive health and rights. Ahaki uses Africentric approaches within a national, regional, Pan-African and global context to achieve its aims. Mulumba has widely researched, published and taught in the various areas of global health and international human rights. He has been an African Advisor to the UN Development Program (UNDP) HIV and the Law Commission, founding executive director of the Center for Health, Human Rights and Development (CEHURD) and former board member of the Uganda National Drug Authority (NDA).
