Moses Mulumba is an associate professor at the Ahaki Institute and director general of Afya na Haki, with more than 18 years of experience at the intersection of public health, human rights, and strategic litigation. He holds an LLB and LLM from Makerere University, an MPhil in health sciences from Stellenbosch University, and a PhD from Ghent University. His work has shaped health and reproductive rights litigation and accountability efforts across East, West, and southern Africa.
