Ricardo Regules-García

Ricardo Regules-García is a senior researcher at the Population Council’s Office in Mexico. As a member of the Council’s Population, Environmental Risks, and the Climate Crisis (PERCC) Initiative, he has collaborated with colleagues across the Council to analyze the impact of climatic events on youth.
