Thinn Thinn Hlaing

Thinn Thinn Hlaing is the country director for Myanmar at Global Health Partnerships (formerly THET) and an honorary consultant chemical pathologist at Addenbrooke's hospital, Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Thinn graduated from the University of Medicine, Yangon. She worked as a Consultant Chemical Pathologist at Sheffield Teaching Hospital NHS Trust until 2016 before returning to Myanmar during the midst of the country’s landmark democratic transition to be a part of this significant change. Thinn continued to practise as a Chemical Pathologist in Myanmar until the military coup in February 2021.
