Merla Rose D. Reyes 

Merla Rose Reyes heads the product team for Special Benefits under the Benefits Development and Research Department of the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation. She is involved in the development of benefit packages for conditions that are perceived to be catastrophic. the institutionalization of a benefit development plan protocol and crafting policies on provider payment reforms. Ms. Reyes is a registered pharmacist and has previously worked as a regulatory affairs officer and later began public service that involved the provision of relevant information on drugs, conduct of health technology assessments of drugs, medical devices, diagnostics, and other health interventions, and the development of accreditation standards for pharmacies and health-care institutions.
