Molly Blakowski

Molly Blakowski, MS, is a PhD candidate in the Department of Watershed Sciences at Utah State University. She is preparing to defend her dissertation on the generation, transport, and composition of Great Salt Lake dust. Prior to moving to Utah, she received her BS and MS degrees from the University of Michigan in geological science, managed an analytical chemistry lab in the automotive industry, and taught geology and environmental science at Detroit area community colleges. She is a member of the board of directors for FRIENDS of Great Salt Lake and the steering committee for the Dust Alliance for North America.
