Sarah Hall

Sarah M. Hall, PhD, MPA is an associate professor and the current department chair of the Department of Public Health at Utah Valley University. Hall primarily teaches health ethics, health behavior theory and practice, and health and diversity. Her recent research includes tsunami preparedness in Indonesia, access to quality medical care for deaf communities in Utah, the influence of spirituality and religion on depression, and albinism in Africa. She serves on the board of directors of the Utah Public Health Association. Hall holds a PhD in global health from Arizona State University and a master’s of public administration with an International Not-for-Profit Management emphasis from Brigham Young University.
