Serena Tohme

Serena Tohme is a graduate student studying economic development and global health at Columbia University. She is the former global health studies intern at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). She previously worked with the International Rescue Committee's Ahlan Simsim initiative in the Middle East and interned with the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health, the James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy, and the Kinder Institute for Urban Research. Serena graduated from Rice University with a bachelor's degree in psychology.
