Helen Clark

Helen Clark was New Zealand’s prime minister from 1998 to 2008, a former administrator of the United Nations Development Program, and a co-chair of the Independent Panel for Pandemic Preparedness and Response. She currently serves as chair of a number of international organizations, including the Alliance for Health Policy and Systems Research.
