Mauricio Cárdenas

Mauricio Cárdenas is a professor of practice at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. Previously, he was Colombia’s finance minister from 2012 to 2018 as well as a member of the Independent Panel for Pandemic Preparedness and Response.
