Joanne Liu

Joanne Liu is a practicing emergency physician and veteran humanitarian aid worker. Formerly the international president of Doctors Without Borders from 2013 to 2019 and a member of the Independent Panel for Pandemic Preparedness and Response, she is currently a professor at the School of Population and Global Health at McGill University.
