Michel Kazatchkine

Michel Kazatchkine is a French HIV/AIDS physician and served as France’s health ambassador, executive director of the Global Fund to fight AIDS TB and Malaria, and the United Nations Secretary General’s special envoy in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. He was also a member of the Independent Panel for Pandemic Preparedness and Response.
